Enfold on mobiles

We are settng up a small food shop online and would like to adopt your Enfold restaurant theme https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant/
In its Delivery section there is a handy products table. We are seeing a couple of issues though, and would please like to ask for an advice.

1) When inside https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant/cart/ mobiles do not show the quantity, thus it is impossible to know hom much items are in the order, and also it is impossible to modify the quantity (i.e. add two biers instead of just one). Would it please be possible to remove the red x on the left and instead make place for the quantity setter (which, when set to zero does the same as the red x), please?

2) In mobiles, the cart not being sticky, it is not clear to the customer if/how_many products have been added. Would it be possible to add a position:fixed to the cart in mobiles?
