Hi there,
I know this probably sounds stupid to everyone but we are not very IT minded. We had a website design firm build our site but they have now gone out of business. I need to update our enfold theme and say I had to buy a license which I have now done.
But how do we update the theme to the most recent? I have the license cert and purchase code.
On wordpress it says this Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.2)But when I try and update it says this:

You should never share credentials publically!!! Please immediately change these. Probably you already have been hacked.

Please put the credentials in private content (it’s the box or field just below where you placed your reply).
Anything in there is hidden from the public and only shown to the moderators and the thread creator.
