Hi there,
I have been pulling my brains out over the API and suddenly when I changed the template for fun the WP Store Locator works here – http://galleria.neptunewebdesigner.com.au/stores/
But when using the theme here http://www.galleriaimports.com.au/stores/ it has issues.
Could you please help me find out why they there isn’t working with the store locator?
Thanks,

I have do find an alternative way to make the plugin, it’s the greatest. When you login you will see in the live stockists.
July 12, 2016 at 6:58 pm #660030I found something weird, the store locator seems to be working when logged-in but not otherwise, can you confirm that on your end?
July 13, 2016 at 1:44 am #660173Yeah, that’s what I found as well. It works when i log in and doesn’t when I logged out…

I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

I’m not sure what email you are referring to, but we actually want customers to open new threads for each issue since it’s more manageable for us. You can start a new thread by clicking the big blue button on top of each sub-forum like Enfold for instance. https://kriesi.at/support/forum/enfold/#new-post
