Just wondering if we can work on fixing the display issue (attached) which seems to happen every time I link to our website via Facebook, either in a post or a message.
Very annoying and not a good look. Is there anything that can be done to fix this for good?August 10, 2016 at 8:03 am #670676Hey Brisbane,
Please try running your URL through this tool to see if that helps please: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

RikardAugust 10, 2016 at 11:12 am #670749Hey Rikard,
Not helping that, can you please let us know why on iPhone the menu is displaying so?
August 11, 2016 at 6:56 am #671183Hi,
I’m not sure to be honest, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Thanks,
RikardAugust 11, 2016 at 2:38 pm #671339We are having Enfold on another website, lashdolls.com.au and the same error when trying to attach on Facebook.
Not working after deactivating all plugins.
GoDaddy said something about php.ini file, is this something we can try? Can you guide us in this direction?August 12, 2016 at 6:21 am #671698Hi,
I tried sharing your site on Facebook and I get the same problem, I’m pretty sure it’s due to Facebook cache. I see from your screenshot that you did not run the front page through it, could you try that?
What exactly did GoDaddy say was the problem with php.ini?
Thanks,
RikardAugust 12, 2016 at 6:55 am #671721Just jumping in as I had this same experience a bit ago….
Your mobile menu is messed up on my iPhone using Safari…. I would put the Facebook issue aside momentarily and fix that first and see if that resolves your issues with Facebook. My mobile menu looked like this a few versions of Enfold ago, then I updated Enfold and it fixed it. Are you running 3.7.1?
August 14, 2016 at 12:53 pm #672354Hi,
Thanks for the input @goldengate415, much appreciated. Could you check that out @BrisbaneLashes and update the theme if you are not running the latest version?
If you should have any further problem then please post admin login details in private.

Today we can’t log in due to Total Cache plugin, see below the error message:

Brisbane Lashes teamAugust 22, 2016 at 7:21 pm #675976Hi,
I checked your website on mobile, but can’t see anything wrong with your mobile menu:
Could you fix it?

AndyAugust 25, 2016 at 11:18 am #677431Hi Andy,
It happens only when we try to attach the site on Facebook, see the first post on this thread.
This is how it looks:
August 25, 2016 at 10:15 pm #677778Hi,
what do you mean with “when we try to attach the site on Facebook”? the theme does not control how it looks like if you post it on Facebook. Use a plugin like Yoast SEO for this kind of function.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 1, 2016 at 2:51 pm #680751Hi Andy,
I mean when we add the website on a Facebook post, from iPhone, Safari. It looks like in the image posted above.
The header menu is messed. We don’t want the site to look like that on our Facebook posts, can we solve this issue please?PS: we are using Yoast plugin.
Best regards,
Brisbane LashesSeptember 5, 2016 at 12:17 pm #682091Hi,
if you’re already using Yoast plugin then inside your backend go to Yoast->Social->Facebook and activate “Open Graph Meta Data”. Then you can upload an image, which will be used if you post anything to Facebook.
Please ask Yoast Support about any more questions about that.Best regards,
AndySeptember 6, 2016 at 1:36 pm #682600Hi Andy,
That is already done from our side and we think that it has no relation with our header menu issue (see attachment above).
Can you help us fix it?We are still having regular display issues on the BrisbaneLashes site which makes the site not usable as you can’t see what you’re clicking and I’m sure it’s affecting our bookings, subscribers & training enrolments.
Do you think we will be able to resolve this or are we better off switching to a new WP theme?
September 7, 2016 at 12:55 pm #683098Hi,
not sure what you are talking about, as I though this thread is about Yoast+Facebook image. Please stick to one question/issue in one ticket only and feel free to open as many tickets as you want. Just keep things clean and clear for us in our forum, so we know exactly what you’re talking about and other people try to find help in this forum have an easy time to find what they need.
Show us in your new ticket what kind of display issues you’re experiencing. Please use precise links and screenshots showing what’s going on.
Best regards,
Andy -
