thanks for your input. thinayr, above, mentioned they were hosted by MediaTemple, through a wordpress-specific plan. not godaddy. i’m sure there are many who aren’t speaking out. i have spent hours with godaddy on this issue. we went thru every setting ini php server config and all thru the apc issue, as you recommended. see above. no luck. they say switch themes. you say switch hosts. ok. Which hosting alternative do you recommend? Which ones will run enfold correctly? is shared hosting a cause of these problems? if i could confirm the cause, i would correct it. thx.
UPDATE: Ismael: I just received this email from our helper at godaddy: “The issue with Managed WordPress we were discussing does look to be with mobile iOS and Safari. There was a news article that came out about a week ago documenting the issues within Safari and that Apple was working on a fix.” Am trying to get ahold of this article – will share what I find out. It certainly makes sense that this might be a safari issue since we seem to have exhausted all else. thanks. fingers crossed.

February 12, 2016 at 7:22 pm #582450February 12, 2016 at 7:29 pm #582456Hi there – I just wanted to mention that without ever finding the cause of this issue (although damn if I didn’t spend a lot of time trying…) – The issue has somehow been resolved and everything looks wonderful on my iPhone.
I don’t know if this was because of an update to enfold, my server’s config, mobile safari or what, but I am thrilled that enfold is now working beautifully on my mobile device: http://uncomplication.com

@thinayr, can you specify what updates you performed between then and now which might account for the improvement you experienced?
