Hi
I am working with Enfold on multiple sites and I am familiar with creating a token to get the updates. With one site however this update is not working.
I have created a token a long time ago and since some time it’s not updating anything. I have already revalidated the token and it says that it was able to connect to Envato. Furthermore it says that there are no updates available. Right now the last update is version 4.5.7. In the past it has updated.

Sorry for the problem. Please try updating using this plugin, to see if that works better: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/. Also try installing this plugin from Envato: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If that doesn’t help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Thanks for that. I can’t see anything strange on your site, but the updates might be blocked by your security plugin. Please try to deactivate that to see what happens then. If that doesn’t work either, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they are blocking cron jobs, or any traffic from envato.com.
