    Hi, I have 5 licenses with you. I noticed on 4 of them, the was an update today – I believe to 4.6.1 or .2 – this led me to realize that one site was not automatically updating. I checked the site and sure enough it is at 4.5.2.

    Thus it has not be updating in some time and I just noticed this. Everything is in place and my token is verified.

    Why is this and what steps can I take to correct. THANK YOU!

    Theme Updater states the following.

    We checked the token on 2019/09/06 17:36 and we were able to connect to Envato and could access the following information:

    Your purchases
    Your username:
    Your E-Mail:

    Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.5.2)

    While awaiting a response I manually updated the theme however I would like an understanding as to why this is only 1 of 5 sites not allowing for automatic updates. Thank you!

    Hi,

    Envato API may have had a small glitch and perhaps your theme was not updated because of that. Are you sure that your username and API key is correct?
