    Hi,
I am trying to style the mobile menu but having some issues

    a) I would like the hover area to be larger. Right now it’s a narrow strip on the list item. I tried playing around with margin and padding with no luck
    b) The submenu item has way too much spacing compared to the top-level menu items
    c) can’t get a bottom border to display between list items
    d) how do I increase the size of the mobile menu top-level font, but not the sub-menu font size?

    Thanks,

    Eric

    Hey xuamox,

Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?

    Best regards,

Hi Victoria, thanks for the quick reply. I have posted a private link for you to view. We are trying to add the “Call to Action” section to every page on the site. We could add a color section manually, but that seems like the hard way to do it. So we thought it would be nice to add it to the footer.php file or some other way that you or your team might recommend. Thanks.

    Hi xuamox,

You can build a page, add whatever you need there, and as a footer.

Thanks that worked, but I posted the footer item in the wrong help item.

I am still looking for some assistance with configuring the mobile menu.
I typically use Google Chrome inspect feature to look at the code, but I find it hard to look at the mobile menu css this way. Not sure if I am missing anything, but is there a better way to inspect the CSS of the mobile dropdown menu?

Thanks again for all your help.

    Hi xuamox,

Well, it’s the same way to do it as you do it. How do you want to change it?

Could you please attach a mockup of what you’re trying to achieve?

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

I have included a screenshot of what I am trying to achieve.
I don’t want the changes to affect the main menu, only the spacing and hovers on the mobile menu.

I need to reduce the spacing between sub-menu items on mobile, and control the hover and active colors without affecting the main menu.

I am not 100% how the mobile menu sub-items ended up with so much spacing in the first place.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks again for all your help.
