The entire Mobile Burger Menu is not displaying on our site. please advise.
i have cleared all cache, deactivated and reactivated all plugins to insure that they are not effecting the menu.
March 28, 2018 at 1:27 am #933972Hey ccpwebteam,
Was there any customization done?
What changes were made recently? Was there any plugin installed?
For testing purpose please go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayMarch 28, 2018 at 3:31 am #933981Hello,
I can’t figure out how to start my own thread here but while my burger is showing, the colors all show as white so you can’t see the links in the menu. Can you help? Sorry to tag on here.
March 28, 2018 at 4:28 am #933997Hi,
Try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field:.html_av-overlay-side #top #wrap_all .av-burger-overlay-scroll #av-burger-menu-ul a { color: #7d787b!important; }
Please adjust the color to suit.

There was no recent customization done, and i have already deactivated all plugins and tested to see if that solved the problem.
As i stated before, it did not solve the problem.March 29, 2018 at 7:22 am #934691Hi ccpwebteam,

https://cl.ly/0m0W2S2k3l0a This code in your quick css is hiding the menu. Please remove it or limit the media query with the min-width value.

@ccpwebteam I used the Chrome developer tools in my browser, on your enfold_child.css, please try looking for the code in your stylesheet and comment it out or remove it to test.
@KunaCustoms glad to hear.Best regards,

June 8, 2018 at 12:42 pm #970062Hi,
Please try rebuilding your merged styles, to do this, please go to Enfold Theme Options > General Styling > Quick CSS field and enter a blank space in the Quick CSS to enable the “Save all changes” button, then save.
If this doesn’t help, Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look, the login posted earlier didn’t work for me.Best regards,
MikeJune 8, 2018 at 1:30 pm #970080I think I have the same problem. I am not using any custom CSS.
The burger menu does not kick in on my iPad. It is causing the text menu to overlap the website icon.

June 8, 2018 at 1:56 pm #970084Hi,
@Oceans247 Please open a new thread so we can assist, and include your admin login in the Private Content area, but as this is not your thread your login info will not be private.
Also please temporary disable any cache plugin while we are assisting with this issue.
I also see that you have a jQuery error in “app.bundle.js” I don’t believe this is the cause, but you may wish to look at this because it could cause unexpected errors elsewhere. “app.bundle.js” is not a part of Enfold so I assume it is a custom script?Best regards,
MikeAugust 8, 2018 at 5:16 pm #995080Hi Mike, i tried to update the CSS and yet still had a problem.
please see the attached informationAugust 9, 2018 at 3:19 am #995207Hi,
I found in your child theme style.css you had this css hiding the mobile menu:@media only screen and (max-width:989px) {.main_menu .avia-menu,#header_main_alternate,.fallback_menu {display:none;} .container #advanced_menu_toggle,#advanced_menu_hide {display:block;} .responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet.html_logo_right #advanced_menu_toggle {left:auto;} .responsive #header .main_menu .social_bookmarks {display:none;}}
and in your Quick CSS you also had this css:
.avia-menu { display: none !important; }
I commented both rules out so the mobile menu now works.
Please clear your browser cache and check.Best regards,
