    The Enfold menu has disappeared from the admin area since we updated WP. We can’t upgrade because that menu is gone too. Can you please assist?

    Hey,

    I updated the theme to the latest version and that fixed the issue however styling of your custom code was also overwritten in custom.css file.
    Do you have a backup of custom.css or copy of CSS code you used there for the banner?

    When I saw custom CSS code in Quick CSS field, I thought you were using there instead of custom.css file and therefore did not think of checking the file before updating. I am sorry about that!

    No, it was not recently backed up by the client. I wish you would have asked us this before updating and we could have made a backup quickly. But we had to have the hosting company restore the website. We’ve now made a backup. Please update the Enfold theme again.
