    Apprearance / Menus

    1. When I save the Main Main, the last menu item changes from Page to Custom
    2. On save the check box Enfold Main Menu is unchecked
    3. I have to then go in to Manage Locations and select Main Menu for Enfold, as it has lost it’s relationship

    Remedial steps I have taken without any luck:

    1. Re-installed WP
    2. Upped the memory limits to 256

    No luck

    Any ideas?

    Try increasing the max_input_vars setting in your php.ini file, https://www.virendrachandak.com/techtalk/big-forms-and-php-max_input_vars/, and let us know if that works for you.
