    I am having the same issue.

    Enfold layout builder not working stuck on the spinning wheel…

    I’m on the latest version of the theme. I also did the whole deactivate the plugins and so on but it still cannot edit the website.

    Please advise ASAP.

    Hey marlonvanwyhe,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Please try updating your PHP version to 7.2 or higher, to see if that helps. If not then please reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why the server is responding with a 404 error on the file in private.

    Good day, we have updated the php and still nothing. please can we get urgent assistance now. We have reached out the the hosting and they confirming there is no issue on their side.

    Good day, we have updated the php version to 7.4 and still not able to edit the page. Please can I get assistance. As the host company said its not on their end. The client is not very happy. Please can you assist me.

    Good day, I now need urgent assistance please. This appares to be a theme issue and not hosting. The hosting company has checked. When we try and create a page and view the page after editing it with the Enfold. It does not show the page and says: Nothing Found
    Sorry, the post you are looking for is not available. Maybe you want to perform a search?

    Guys my client is now very upset. This delay in support is affecting her business. It’s the second time we purchased this theme for this particular client. I was hoping for support but its really taking long to fix. I need urgent assistance now.

    Hi marlonvanwyhe,

    Thanks for giving us the cPanel access.
    This is now fixed on your site, please check.
    We apologize, it’s a bit tough troubleshooting on your site since it goes:

    This site can’t be reached

    after some tests but when IP address is changed it can be accessed again.
    I have disabled ModSecurity on your site which helped resolved the issue.
