Hello
I’ve got a page (with lot of content) which don’t want to open the Enfold Layout Builder… loading circle is turning without end.
The others pages can open the layout builder…I work on a copy of the original web site, in a subdirectory, ofr which I’ve created another database.
In the original web site, the layout builder for this page was working…I’ve tried all in your support page “my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly”, with no results.
Thanx a lot
September 16, 2016 at 12:19 pm #687438Hey romano2!
Please try creating a new admin login and try logging in with the new one and check if that helps.
Best regards,
YigitSeptember 16, 2016 at 12:26 pm #687447Thank you for fast answer !
I created another admin user, but nothing change…September 16, 2016 at 1:51 pm #687503My Avaia Builder is not loading either. I’ve disabled all plugins but still no builder. Could I ask you to take a look. See attached creds.
September 18, 2016 at 7:52 am #688064Hi @romano2,
You are getting a 403 error on the following file:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) http://www.freesalsa.fr/wp2016/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php
Could you contact your hosting provider so that they can make sure that you have the correct settings for that file please?
Regards,
RikardSeptember 18, 2016 at 3:28 pm #688131I have already made a ticket with no response yet. I noticed that we are a few with same issue,
Could you please assist ASAP¿?Thanks !
September 18, 2016 at 3:30 pm #688132It seems that my builder lost the hook to that record. I can see the data in the database. When I copy the data from the post out of the database and paste it into the post editor, I guess a new record gets created and it finds everything. Have you seen this behavior before?
September 18, 2016 at 8:08 pm #688190Hello,
My layout builder is not working as well, Even the default is not loading. I’ve tried to change the theme and change it back and I’ve tried to uninstall the theme and installing it again, without sucess, what can I do? All pages aren’t loading.
Thank youSeptember 18, 2016 at 10:32 pm #688219I have the same problem after upgrading to WordPress 4.6.1. The layout builder gets stuck when layout a page. Re-install of WP or the Enfold theme does not help. I am running out of option; any help?
September 19, 2016 at 8:57 am #688363Ola,
I think you tested the web site during a hosting problem I met for 1 hour or 2.I don’t understand why all the pages are editable, just one don’t want to load…
thanx- This reply was modified 8 years, 3 months ago by romano2.
September 19, 2016 at 8:59 am #688365It seems that I had an interference with the Yoast SEO plugin. After disabling the plugin the layout builder loaded again.
September 19, 2016 at 10:05 am #688382Not for me, disabling Yoast SEO or all plugins don’t affect my problem…
September 20, 2016 at 7:09 am #688966Hi @romano2,
So your builder is working on all pages except one? If so please link directly to that page so that we can have a look.
Everyone else: please open your own threads and include admin login details in private so that we can have a look at your installations. Posting in the same thread makes life difficult for us moderators.

September 23, 2016 at 3:37 pm #690840Hi,
this thread is getting very confusing. However, I logged in and tested your ALB on the page in private content. It works fine, so it seems you could fix the issue, right?
Why do you want to use this iFrame? why not using Enfold’s Google Map Element?Best regards,
AndySeptember 23, 2016 at 3:54 pm #690857Yes sorry for the look of the thread.
I use the iframe because of esthetic result. It’s a better way to show informations, with google results and links and layout.
And the job was already done on google maps…
September 23, 2016 at 9:00 pm #691006Hi,
so where can we see the error? do you still need help with it? if yes send us a precise link where we can have a look.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 23, 2016 at 9:06 pm #691009Sorry Andy, got busy today. No, I haven’t been able to recreate the error. It was one page and my only fix was to grab the data out of the db and paste it back into the text editor in the page editor. Have no idea why it wouldn’t load. Let’s close this.
September 24, 2016 at 3:52 pm #691170Hello Andy,
Thanks for reply.
Yes I would appreciate your help with this.
Here is the page with iframe integration :The page shows good on frontend, but layout builder can’t load anymore for this page in admin.
But the layout builder loaded well in this page with a previous version of enfold…You already have the admin details for the website at start of this thread.
Thank you.September 26, 2016 at 1:15 pm #691602Hi,
I can’t find the site you’ve provided inside your backend. Where is it? can you provide us precise link to your backend’s site please?
Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)
To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)
If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 26, 2016 at 2:06 pm #691664Here is the link. I’m using enfold 3.8.
ThanksSeptember 26, 2016 at 4:33 pm #691776Hi,
I tested your iframe on my own installation and it works fine. So try to deactivate all your plugins to check which one could cause the issue.
Best regards,
AndySeptember 27, 2016 at 12:23 pm #692162Hello
I’ve tried to edit the page with all plugins desactivated, but the layout builder don’t want to load the content. The circle is turning and turning.
I tried on firefox and chrome…
On frontend the iframe works fine.
Any idea ?September 30, 2016 at 12:16 pm #693630Hi,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
Best regards,
AndyOctober 6, 2016 at 5:42 pm #696122Thanks, sorry for delay, I was working in another project.
I installed a fresh copy of enfold theme 3.8 via FTP.
No change… the layout builder dont want to load on this page with google iframe.I’ve copied for you the content of the post from the database :
Thanx
October 7, 2016 at 1:24 pm #696463Hi,
I tested the code and it’s working fine on my end. If we can’t reproduce the issue, then we can’t do much.
Best regards,
AndyOctober 14, 2016 at 1:54 pm #699108Thanks.
The problem is still there with my configuration…
But I’ve found an alternative solution. I’ve created a widget with the iframe code, and placed this widget in my page. So it’s working. -
