    I have a layer slider

    On all slides I have a layer with a call to action – which is a button – get a free quote.

    The URL link to the quote form has been added to the LAYER LINK tab

    This works fine.

    However If I then add a link to the ENTIRE SLIDE as well
    then.. the LAYER LINK is not clickable.

    Increasing the z-index of the SLIDE LAYER does not work.

    I gather that the code for the SLIDE URL <a href is being applied on top of the layer link

    the output of the layer order may need adjusting

    Hey!

    please upgrade to Enfold v3.1.3.

    Both links are working fine for me. When I click on FREE QUOTE button I get to /contact/quotation/ and when I click on the photo (layer itself) I get e.g. to /bulk-excavation-demolition/
    Could you fix it?

    Hi!

    I read it, but couldn’t understand clearly. Now I see what you mean.
    Can you please try to deactivate all plugins to see if this changes anything for the behavior of your layer slider? Are we allowed to deactivate them by ourselves if needed? Afterwards you can activate them again one by one to find the plugin causing this issue.

    Also you can try to delete the layer with the FREE QUOTE button and rebuild it (while plugins are deactivated).

    Hi there,

    I have a layerslider on my site that I need to launch soon for a client.

    I can’t get the button my slide to work so I tried adding a link to the whole layer but it changes the layer’s formatting.
    I tried then to add a link to the entire slide and that does nothing.

    Please help I really don’t want to have to rebuild this slider in a different plugin if possible.

    Ignore me XD I realised I had a layer I couldn’t see sitting on my slider.
