Hello
I have the latest wordpress and theme files installed today fresh. I tried to build a LayerSlider (for a simple one image and overlay text) but I can not save it!
Please help!

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

I managed to solve that problem as it was something to do with a spam filter and protection by the provider.
On another note, I am having problem when I add an ICON list as after I do that the advanced Editor stops refreshing and I have tried everything in the book with no luck. I revert back to previous page history to be able to move forward.

It seems my hosting company has placed the domain active in a security_mod tool, when I disabled it , it worked. But I would like you to have a look at it incase there is something else. Thank you in advance.

We’re glad to hear that it’s fixed :)
I have checked it and it seems all is working properly on my end.
The first time I checked the only issue I saw was the cut off logo (screenshot in private content) but after clearing my browser cache, it was displaying properly.Best regards,
