I love this theme, but huge due respect to your team, this theme not responsive.
My site looks terrible on anything smaller than a 15 inch screen. A majority of the pages have elements that are messed up on one or another device.I’ve applied countless “code to the Quick CSS section custom CSS”. Custom CSS to specific elements. Custom background settings – which only seem to make it worse. Those are bandaids that require customization for every element per device….which we don’t have time to do.
It’s so widespread and time consuming to fix that we are at the point were we need to hire someone to make our site responsive. Does Kriesi offer this service? If not, do you have a list of vendors who do?
Thank you

Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please? Also please try to point out the problem.

RikardFebruary 8, 2018 at 7:50 am #909624Hi Rikard,
The site is http://www.voicecarrier.comHere are just a few pages with elements that are not responsive on smaller screens:
voicecarrier.com > content in top socket (phone numbers) don’t align correctly
voicecarrier.com/partners/ > several elements, mostly Color Section background images
voicecarrier.com/reseller/ > several elementsThank you
NicoleFebruary 8, 2018 at 2:33 pm #909779Hi Nicole,
Thanks for that. Let’s try to stick to one problem at a time, I can’t see any issues with the phone numbers on a 13″ screen and down to phone size using Chrome. Maybe you are referring to that it’s a few pixels lower than your text on the left on tablet sizes? If not then please post a screenshot of the issue and how we can reproduce it.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 8, 2018 at 6:59 pm #909906Hi Rikard,
That is a minor problem. Let’s stick to the big, glaring ones. :)
Here is a page with screenshots of the problems and the corresponding URLs

Thanks for that, let’s go through this page by page. First off though, could you update to the latest version of the theme (4.2.3), it might help with some problems but likely not all: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

February 12, 2018 at 7:48 pm #911288Hi,
First of all really nice web site, congratulations. Amazing way of using Enfold.
Going although forward, the issue is that you have different elements and the way you setup-ed things, it does require to create some custom code
so everything to work properly on mobile. Why is that?
When you are using a fixed font size for a headline for example, you do need to assign the size of it also for mobile, so it can function properly.
That would require some custom work to be done properly and in a deep level like you ask for.Best regards,
BasilisFebruary 12, 2018 at 9:14 pm #911358HI Basilis,
Thanks for the kind feedback on the website. It’s my first one. And, it’s a good website because it’s powered by an excellent theme. I’m new at this with minimal HTML/CSS knowledge, so it really demonstrates the power of Enfold, in my opinion.Regarding the responsive problem, are you saying that every time one adds some level of customization to an element, they will have to write corresponding custom code for it to render responsively? That seems rather inefficient.
In the instance you noted, the solution is you can’t use fixed fonts sizes in Enfold without writing custom code. Correct?
How about the background images?
Appreciate the help,
NicoleFebruary 13, 2018 at 2:06 am #911450Right now, I’d really appreciate just getting this page http://www.voicecarrier.com/partners fully responsive. It’s the most important page. Screenshots of the problem sections are, again, top of voicecarrier.com/responsive-problems/
Many many thanks!

VictoriaFebruary 13, 2018 at 5:11 pm #911779“There is an issue with position: fixed on ipads and iphone, you need to set it to scroll.” What has an issue with position? What are you referring to? Where is it you can set an element fixed for ipads and iphone and scroll for another device?
February 13, 2018 at 11:07 pm #911973The bottom 2/3rds of the page is now gone. http://www.voicecarrier.com/partners
February 14, 2018 at 4:55 pm #912351***PAGE CONTENT IS GONE AFTER KRIESI LOGIN***
Kriesi logged in a few days ago and now the content is GONE. This is entirely frustrating.
The whole bottom 2/3rds of the page is gone. http://www.voicecarrier.com/partnersI tried to restore from an older version. The content appears in the Editor, but it doesn’t render. What did you do?
