    Hi There,

    We installed BuddyPress together with Enfold. When we tried to create a group, we got the following error message”There was a problem saving group details. Please try again”. Using the standard theme twentyninenteen worked well.

    is that a known problem? Is there a workaround?

    Hey,

    Enfold is not compatible with buddyPress but it is fully compatible with Youzer plugin – https://codecanyon.net/item/youzer-new-wordpress-user-profiles-era/19716647 :)

    I am confused, isn’t it just an add-on for BuddyPress?

    Hi,

    I honestly do not have much experience with BuddyPress however we have collaborated with Youzer plugin authors and they made their plugin compatible with Enfold. They might have fixed compatibility issues Enfold has with BuddyPress as well.
    If you contact Youzer plugin authors and ask for a demo based on Enfold, i believe they would gladly provide you with logins :)
