    Hi,
    My website was updated to WP5.91 and now I cannot use Enfold. Every page I try to edit only shows a shortcodeblock and in classic blockmode and an empty page when I try to use the Enfold layout editor.
    Everything is up-to-date. I added my logindetails

    Thanks for contacting us!

    You are currently using an older version of Enfold. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-update/ and update Enfold to the latest version 4.9 :)

    Hi Yigit,

    thanks for your reply!

    I was assuming it was the last version because there was no update visible. I purchased new support so an update for that account and the update it should be visible now, but the update still won’t show up. I refreshed, but no luck. So do you advise me to wait a little or do I have to try to fetch the update and us FTP to upload the updated theme?

    Hi Rikard,

    thank you, it is working again. I had to create a new API-key because the old one seems to have too many permissions. Now it works again!
