    Hallo :)

    Ich bekomme bei der Installation von Enfold immer folgende Fehlermeldung im Backend: Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website. Bitte überprüfe den Posteingang deiner Website-Administrator-E-Mail-Adresse für weitere Anweisungen. E-Mail kommt allerdings keine an.

    Im Fontend bekomm ich HTTP Error 500.

    Neueste WordPress-Installation, PHP 8.1.

    Hey physiotherapie-findt,

    Could you try to deactivate all plugins, and try the installation after that please? If that doesn’t help, then please share server error logs and WordPress login details with us in private.

    No Plugins installed at all. WordPress login details are already above. In FTP, there are no error log files available. FPT login details also already in private.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, but we can’t access your site since it’s throwing a 500 internal server error. Please try reaching out to your service provider if you don’t know how to find the server error logs.

    Okay, tried to set up the error log. Then redownloaded Enfold from ThemeForest and now it works.

    I deleted the enfold theme via FTP. Now the website works again with the standard WordPress theme.

    Could you have another look at the page, if you can do anything about it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. The WordPress login details you sent are not working, please check and verify. Also, what exactly do you want us to do? If this problem happens when you activate the theme, then we still would need server error logs. A 500 server error doesn’t say much of value unfortunately.

    The problem is already solved. I tried to make some implementations for showing the error log. Then I re-downloaded Enfold via ThemeForest and now installation and activation worked.
