Hi Kriesi
I have issues installing Enfold theme.
I have used this theme before without issues.
I have installed it several times and deleted it inbetween, I have totally uninstalled WordPress and reinstalled it too.
I have used two different versions of the theme that I have purchased.
I have put it on two different hosting accounts to ensure that isn’t at fault.
I have just installed it on hosting below and when you activate it and click to view site you get nothing. Then you have to manually uninstall the theme to get it to work.
Please could you try on the link below to login, activate the theme and get it to work.
I need to be sure that it works well as another client would like me to use it for their site, so I am about to purchase a third download of Enfold.

Which version of PHP are you running? Also, have you attempted to install via FTP?

Jordan ShannonOn that site I was on 5.6 which I have now upgraded to 7. It hasn’t made a difference.
The other site which doesn’t work either is on php 7. I had installed it via ftp on this second site. The link is below, so you can see how it displays.Hi,

On that link I have installed Enfold several times, the last time via ftp. If I remove Enfold from the server the site defaults to one of WP standard themes and works well. It is only when you activate Enfold that it stops working and you see what I see on the link.
Please advise – as mentioned I am about to purchase Enfold for the third time and need to be assured that it works well.

Which server are you using? Which OS? I could not log in to your website. Ia it on a local machine?

I have now removed the Enfold theme from the above site as you can’t access it or see the site (nor can I).
These are the things I have done to try to get this theme installed – each of these I have tried several times:– Installed via theme upload in WP – didn’t work
– Installed via ftp – it worked the third time but as you could see above it wasn’t functioning.
– Changed the php version from 5.6 to 7, back to 5.6 and now it is on 7 again.
– I have uploaded the theme to another hosting account – it didn’t work.
– I uploaded an older version of the theme to try – it still doesn’t work.
– I have provided error logs above.I am used to working with themes from Themeforest and have used Enfold before. I very much would like to use it again as the client has approved it. This matter is now VERY URGENT as the client is expecting to approve some layouts this week.
PLEASE NOTE: I have now removed Enfold so you can go into the WP dashboard – see all access codes below.
I welcome your help in this.

If you attempt to install the theme on a local server, are you does the theme still not work?
