    Dear Enfold team,

    Today I ran in into a critical error of the WordPress after the Enfold theme was freshly installed.

    – I am running the 5.6 version of WordPress (pre-installed on my hosting http://www.savvii.com),
    – Downloaded a new version of Enfold theme .zip file from envato market for the installation,
    – No other plugins were installed on the WordPress before the theme was installed, it was a bare bone install of WordPress before the Enfold installation.

    Looking forward to your reply. Trying to beat the deadline and this is not a very pleasant news.

    Hey Alex,

    Did you download the “Installable WordPress file only” or “All files & documentation”?
    If it’s the Installable WordPress file only, then it should be good, otherwise, please give us temporary admin credentials and post it in private content (so it’s only visible to you and all moderators)
    If it’s the All files & documentation, then you would need to extract it, inside the folder, there’s an enfold folder, zip this and use it to upload.

    Hi Nikko,

    Thank you for a prompt reply. I have extracted the theme before the installation. I must say that not the whole WordPress becomes corrupt, it happens for example when I change the theme to a different one or add pages through Woocommerce Multilingual (not installed in this WordPress installation) it results in a crash.

    Hi Alexander,

    Thanks for the FTP access.
    I was expecting it to have some logs in the error_logs file however I could see none.
    Can you also give us the link to your site? so we can monitor the state of your site after tweaking some things.

    Hi Alex,

    Thanks for providing the link.
    The problem is coming from this plugin: Warpdrive
    The error shows when you switch from Enfold to Twenty Twenty and vice versa, however, when the plugin is disabled it does not have any issues.
    I have disabled the Warpdrive plugin on your site.

    Hi Nikko,

    Thank you very much for your time and help. I must say that this was not the issue before. This plugin is used for cleaning hosting cache directly on WordPress.
