    I have a problem with my site. Since few days Instagram photos are not loading, I see just description. I used the widget with enfold Instagram.
    I saw on the console that problem is :
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
    and I don’t know how to solve that.
    Can you help me with that, it is very urgent.

    I have one more problem showed. On media element Fullscreen Slider in caption section, I have the button with a link, but I can’t see the field for entering that link… do you know what can be the problem.

    actually, I don’t see the field for the link even if I add a single image. I can’t add link to it at all

    First, have you attempted disabling all active plugins to see if the Instagram issue solves?

    Hi there

    I’ve had the same issue on 2 sites – both happened the same time around 2 days ago.

    Disabling all plugins did not resolve the issue.

    Yes, about 2 or 3 days ago, same suddenly happened to a page I’m administering (both the development and the live versions are affected). Please look into that guys!!!

    All the images get a 403 forbidden status.

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    This problem should be fixed in the latest version of the theme (4.2.1), please try updating to that: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
