I would like a solution to be able to integrate a url (that is set as custom field in post / portfolio) in aviation builder portfolio grid / post grid shortcode.
This listing should only be valid for a single av_uid = ‘av-k1nv6qxr’ that will be displayed on the home page.[av_portfolio categories='3238' date_filter='' date_filter_start='' date_filter_end='' date_filter_format='yy/mm/dd' columns='4' one_column_template='special' items='4' contents='title' preview_mode='auto' image_size='portfolio' linking='my_custom_field_url' sort='no' paginate='yes' query_orderby='date' query_order='DESC' av-medium-columns='' av-small-columns='' av-mini-columns='' av_uid='av-k1nv6qxr' id='' custom_class='']
The existing solution in Overwrite Portfolio Link setting – define custom link will change in all portfolio grids, and I just want on the home page when I click on the image to go to the custom url, the rest will go to the portfolio / post detail page.
If there is another simpler solution where I can present grid posts / portfolio with a custom link to a page, please help me with this solution.

I do not think so. Maybe a custom query that you can re-use this but it would require to hire someone so they can help you further with this.
