Hi,
There are 3 images that are rendering my Woocommerce shop page and product pages to be insecure. They are:
http://bhfer.org/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-woocommerce/images/arrow_down.png
http://bhfer.org/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-woocommerce/images/loading-light.gif
http://bhfer.org/wp-content/themes/enfold/images/layout/bg-button.pngI have gone into my file manager and replaced them, and that didn’t work.
I installed the Really Simple SSL plugin, which didn’t fix it, so I upgraded to Pro. Still not fixed.Help appreciated!
June 14, 2020 at 9:26 pm #1222514Hey gracedelanoy,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thanks for that. The login token doesn’t seem to work though, and you haven’t posted a password for the regular login? Please renew the token or post regular login details again so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardJune 15, 2020 at 1:22 pm #1222639Hi Rikard,
I just generated a new temp login token, see link in private content below. So sorry about that.June 16, 2020 at 4:54 am #1222904Hi,
Thanks for that. The login token is still not working unfortunately, it just redirects to the home page. Could you try adding a new temporary user with admin rights and post the login details in private instead please?
Best regards,
RikardJune 16, 2020 at 2:25 pm #1223039Hi Rikard,
See login credentials in the private area below.

GraceJune 17, 2020 at 8:18 am #1223254Hi,
Thanks for that. I activated the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance and that seems to have helped, I can’t see any insecure warnings on the shop page anymore. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardJune 17, 2020 at 2:27 pm #1223392I just checked and yes, it is fixed. Thank you, I am so relieved!!!
