    Hallo,
    wir haben mit der aktuellsten Version von Enfold eine Website für unseren Kunden erstellt. Die seite ist fas fertig und nur 1-2 letzte Änderungen waren noch zu machen. Diese umgesetzt, haben wir auf “Aktualisieren” gedrückt und plötzlich verschwindet der komplette neu eingepflegte Inhalt!!?? Wir vermuten einen Datenbankfehler. Könnt Ihr uns bitte dringend helfen?

    Did you see any errors after updating the page? Which page exactly? Please provide the url to the page so that we can inspect it. And post the login details in the private field.

    Hey Ismael,

    thanks for your replay. We was waiting more than 2 day for an replay. That’s not acceptable. Sorry. We have a massive problem and we have to finishe our customers website immediatley. So please help us.

    There’s no more errors. Only the one error. But this is a massive issue. If we finished to create new contents on a any page, we clicked the update button and after clicking suddenly all newly created content has disappeared???!?

    Hi,

    Please post the login details in the Private Content field of you reply, that way it will be available to all moderators so that we can help you out quicker.

    The problem you are describing is most likely due to open html markup in your content which will break the layout editor. Please check for any open or fawlty html markup before the point your layout breaks.
