– German WordPress installed

I´ve read some other threads of this topic. So in the private content you can get a admin account. Please have a look. Thank you very much.October 13, 2015 at 1:27 pm #518056Hey dillionline!
not all text strings could be translated into every language. That’s why it will work 100% for english only. If you want to contribute in helping translate it have a look here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/please-contribute-and-translate-enfold/

Please have a look at the attached Screenshot of my german WordPress

Please do use a plugin like ” Loco Translate ” and you can translate any elements missing from there.
Feel free to send us the .po file after :)Regards,

AndyOctober 15, 2015 at 12:06 pm #519176OK, see details in the private reply. It´s a brand new wordpress installation with no content, so I can reinstall it if neccessary.
My installation:
1. New WordPress Version
2. ENFOLD Theme install
3. ENFOLD ChildTheme install
4. set “define(‘WPLANG’, ‘de_DE’);” in wp-config.php
5. Copy the DE-Language-Files from “/lang” Folder in the ENFOLD-Theme to “/lang”-Folder in the ENFOLD Child ThemeOctober 15, 2015 at 12:51 pm #519236Hey!
in your backend I changed in Einstellungen->Allgemein->Sprache der Website from “Deutsch (Sie)” to “Deutsch” and it seems to work for me now. Could you confirm please?
Best regards,
AndyOctober 15, 2015 at 1:01 pm #519253Oh yes! Thank, so simple. So the wp-config.php Language Setting isn´t nessessary.
