enfold – how to proceed

Hi,
we bought already enfold and the question is if i can avoid buying it a second time to download the current version and install via ftp ?
The download of the current version via wordpress is done, but dont work.I have to replace via ftp but have no access to the current version ( on themforest.net)
Why?
