I’m running the latest version of Enfold. After upgrading to Woocommerce 2.3 there is a weird double lightbox effect on the product pages where when you click on the product image the Enfold lightbox pops up and then the default (ugly!) Woocommerce one pops up over it. Is there any way to disable the Woocommerce one? I’d really like to keep the look of pop ups on the site consistent. Please help, it’s rather urgent :)
Thanks!
February 16, 2015 at 11:00 am #396587Hi Burberry21!
I can’t see anything else but the Enfold lightbox on my end, could attach a screenshot to highlight the issue please?

RikardFebruary 17, 2015 at 2:02 am #397194I’ve hidden the woocommerce version using CSS:
#top .pp_pic_holder.pp_woocommerce, #top .pp_overlay { display: none !important; visibility: hidden !important; }
You can see it if you get rid of/overwrite the above style in the browser web developer view.
I guess my question is – is this the right way to do this or should the woocommerce lightbox be disabled by the theme?
February 17, 2015 at 11:39 am #397374Hi!
There should be no other lightbox other than the theme’s default MPP lightbox. Did you install any lightbox plugin?
Best regards,
IsmaelFebruary 17, 2015 at 11:50 am #397381I’ve got Alpine Photo Tiles Instagram feed on there – but I’ve set it not to load the lightbox in the options to allow the Enfold one to take over.
I’ve also got Custom Facebook Feed which does load its own lightbox but deactivating the plugin doesn’t make any difference.
I’ve only been having this issue since upgrading to the latest version of Enfold and Woocommerce 2.3.
Is it possible the woocommerce/theme functions files weren’t updated properly?

Can you please remove the css modification? We would like to check the site with the duplicated lightbox.

Mine is firing both light boxes as well. Should I use css from the above or is there another solution?
