I am trying to edit the footer in my Enfold theme. Currently, the second in the footer column (pages) displays every single page I have ever created – I only want it to show those in the menu. Also, I don’t understand the “Interesting links” section.
I am not a programmer, so please speak to me as a non-coder!

You can simply go to Appearance > Widgets and change them as needed. They are currently displaying default widgets. You can read more about widget areas here – https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Widgets.
