Enfold Hotel Theme – Up sell booking

I have a client for whom we are building a boutique B&B Website (They have 2 rooms to rent) and are using the Enfold Hotel Theme for this.
They want to sell “experiences” to go along with the hotel booking (i.e. up sell items such as Spa Treatment, Massages, Hiking Trips golf Trips, Cultural trips etc). However these items are only available to clients that are staying in the B&B

My question is (and I know this may be a Woocommerce question) Is there an easy way in Woocommerce to:-
a) only allow people who have booked a room to then book one of these experiences (must book a room to have the experience)?
b) only allow people who have booked a room to book an experience prior to their hotel stay. Not available to people after the hotel stay.

I hope the above makes sense and you can point me in the right direction.
