    Hi there,
    On our Enforld WordPress theme we encounter some loading problems when we like to edit our homepage in the back-end. After login in the back-end of our website, it’s not possible to edit the homepage straight away, due to a long loading time. But if we switch to the ‘media’ of other page first and then back to the homepage it will load correct.

    But when we edit the info en hit the blue “update” button an error box shows up telling us “A critical error has occurred on this website. Check your admin e-mail inbox for instructions” with a weblink.

    Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure why your front page is acting like that, since I can’t see any error messages on the page. Could you try to enable debug mode, so that we can try to move the content to a new page please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. We can do it for you, if you give us permission to do so.

    Thanks for your reply. I really appeciate if you can help by doing the debug mode for me. I don’t have enough knowledge and experience to be able to do such a thing. You have my permission to enable debug mode.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I copied the content to a test page, and that seems to load instantly. Could you check it out on your end as well please? Link in private. If that page works as it should, then you can delete the old one and replace it with the new page.
