Enfold Home v9 videos&parallax: suddenly white overlay covers BG vid on hover

Also the testimonial section page flickers on hover.
If I could just find it in the css, I could easily fix it. But I don’t even know what the divs are named. Do the front end editors really need to be this blind to the code? Is there a way to see the div names of the sections in Avia layout editor? Would the php files show me where things were like the html does? Just looking for help cuz I don’t know php. So question #1 is: whats the best way to fix these hover glitches?

Question#2 is: Could my Demo copy be bad?
I’ve already run into 3 glitches so far including having to replace my child theme and now WP wont accept the replacement enqueue. I’m so excited about this theme but I am having some bad luck with tech problems. Any advice on starting over? again. Or how I can get a handle on the code so I can write correct the issues.
