I’ve recently built a website using Enfold’s Health Demo, which you can see here … http://www.chrissycate.com
The website looks perfectly fine on the screen of my 21.5″ iMac and most smartphones but I am having issues with the responsive layout on tablets and smaller computer screens. Headings are cut short, text boxes are narrowed too much and photos are cropped in unusual ways that make the overall layout look ‘broken’.
For example, look at the home page on a tablet or laptop-sized screen. The ‘About Me’ section and photograph next to ‘Why Choose Me?’ respond to either landscape or portrait viewing modes in ways that basically look wrong. Another example is the ‘About’ page. One of its headings reads ‘My approach to Couseling/Therapy’ but hold your tablet portrait mode and it reads ‘My approach to Couseling/The’.
Can you please offer any advice on how to best deal with these elements that are responding in unsuitable ways on the aforementioned screen sizes?
Thank you in advance.
