I am having issues in the Enfold Health Demo. When attempting to use certain elements like the text box, I will type in content and save, however, the content doesn’t remain. Also, I will add new elements to a saved page and it will delete the content & elements that were already saved on a page after I update. Also, some times it freezes when I am adding content to an element. I will hit save and it freezes and I lose all of the content that I had added to that element and have to start over. Whats happening? :-(

    Hi,

You can check if there`s some plugin causing some conflict. To do it, disable all the plugins and check if all is okay, if yes, enable one by one to find the conflict.

    Best regards,

Thank you! I deactivated all of my plugins and it seemed to be working. So, now without any plugins activated it is still giving me the problems that I faced before where content is being involuntarily removed. :-(

    Hi,

On what page are you having these problems? Usually this happens because of open HTML markup, if you can check your content for any open markup it should most likely fix the problem:

    <strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>

Also please try updating to the latest version of the theme(4.0.5): http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Best regards,
    Rikard

It’s on the Meet The Team page. Whenever I attempt to update the Patrick Emerson team member box it deleted the other team members after I update.

    Hi,

That’s a weird issue. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    Login credentials include:

    • The URL to the login screen.
    • A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
    • As well as a password for that username.
    • permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Nikko
