Hi
I have a fresh installation of Enfold theme which works correctly. However, the Gym theme demo import does not import the media files.
Steps I have taken to try and correct this issue:
1. Create and install a php.ini file
2. Increase memory limit in wp-config.php file.
3. Changed php version from 5.6.22 to php version 7.0Still unable to import media files using the Gym demo import :(((
Here is the site’s home page http://demofireandspicefestival.co.uk.gridhosted.co.uk/In addition to the above, I the site displays following warnings:
Warning: include(/var/sites/d/devonfireandspicefestival.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/flaticon-sports/charmap.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/sites/d/devonfireandspicefestival.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488
Warning: include(): Failed opening ‘/var/sites/d/devonfireandspicefestival.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/uploads/avia_fonts/flaticon-sports/charmap.php’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/newage/lib/php’) in /var/sites/d/devonfireandspicefestival.co.uk/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/font-manager.class.php on line 488
I have reinstalled the latest Enfold theme version 4.2.2 manually via FTP, but still experiencing same issue – unable to import Gym demo media images.
On a positive note, I have successfully installed the Gym demo on a test site with a different hosting provider.
But can you please advise how I may fix the installation issue with my current hosting provider?
Thanks in anticipation.

OliverJanuary 30, 2018 at 4:06 am #904595Hi,
There are a number of reasons that some hosts are having issues, yet I have been testing alternative methods of importing the demos with these troublesome hosts. If you wish, please try this:Here is the All-in-One WP Migration files for the Gym Demo in the Private Content area.
They are in a zip file that you will need to extract, one is the import, the other is the login info for after the import. Note that you will lose your current settings and content. Install this plugin: all-in-one-wp-migration
Read this All-in-One WP Migration tutorialBest regards,

@ridkadri, Sorry, it looks like we missed your post, typically in your case you will want to upload the images and then try to reinstall the demo, but sometimes just uploading the images works so please try both.Best regards,
