Hi
Enfold front page not loading properly on Android or Iphone. Slider only loads half image. No menu. Loads ok on PC. Deactivated any apps…didn’t help. Nothing has changed with the website since the last update from WordPress. All apps and theme up to date. Any ideas??

VictoriaMay 5, 2019 at 2:00 am #1097327Hi Victoria
Thank you for that information. I have made the change and that fixes the image. But the menu and the footer were not working problem I thought it might be due to some css coding which I deleted. See below/*mobile fix @media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) { .phone-info { top: 107px; }}*/ /*mobile fix @media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) { h1.main-title.entry-title { display: none; }}*/ /*mobile fix @media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) { footer#socket { display: none; }}*/
That fixed the footer but the mani menu only appears when the mobile is sideways. And it does not look the best.
Any further ideas??
Regards

May 6, 2019 at 4:39 am #1097558Hi,
Thanks for the update.
Those sections are visible on our end. Please make sure that you’re not looking on a cached version of the page. And don’t forget to toggle the Performance > File Compression settings.

Thank you for your reply. I deleted all cached data on the mobile with no luck. I have placed a link belong that shows a screen shot of my mobile. If you compare it with a PC you can see the huge difference. Some up date ie enfold or wordpress ?? has changed the format of the mobile screen. Also where can I find Performance > File Compression settings.
Thank you

Thanks for the update.
What is the actual model of that device? Can you scroll down the page and see the footer?

IsmaelMay 7, 2019 at 6:33 am #1097954Hi Ismael
I can see the footer with out turning the mobile on its side now but only because I deleted the mobile fix coding (given to me by support some time ago)My mobile is a Samsung J3. My clients mobile is an iPhone XS Plus which also has the problem

RichardMay 7, 2019 at 11:32 pm #1098237Hi,
Thank you for writing to us.
From your screenshot, it appears the problem exists when viewing the site on your phone which mounted horizontally?
I checked your site on my Android phone and I am able to scroll the frontpage to view the footer. Please let me know if you are able to scroll the page when viewing the site on your mobile phone?
Best regards,

Thanks for your reply. Yes I can scroll while it is horizontal. The full page shows while horizontal. The problem is there is no menu showing and the telephone number has grown in size and looks odd and is not in the right position. The header is all wrong.
