Hi There,
I’m looking to automate a few processes and this one comes directly from the forms we create within the enfold theme.
Current process we have in place (default):
1) User fills out the form on our website
2) The data gets emailed to an email address we have listed on the form.
3) The user that submitted the email gets an autoresponse
The problem we have is that we get a lot of these each day for our support team. We would like to be able to take the FIRST NAME / LAST NAME and append it to the subject line that gets emailed to us so instead of the subject saying:
“New Inquiry”… it might say… “New Inquiry from Michael Johnson”
Is there a way to program this to work for each form?
Honestly I am hoping it’s as easy as something like the following:
In the Subject Form Field… put New Inquiry from – [#First Name #Last Name]
