Hi,
we try to launch the new WordPress site of our customer on his 1&1 server.
After uploading all the files and database records and visiting the new site for the first time, all settings except color settings seem to be lost.
After viewing, not saving (!), the Enfold settings, the rest of all settings are lost. WordPress is functioning normal and its settings are all right.
If we try to import Enfold settings (export/import function) nothing happens. I tried to manually adjust the settings again. But after a view saves all settings are lost, again.1&1 customer service is saying it’s our fault … Well, do you know of that strange errors and possibly have a fix for this? It’s the only WordPress installation ever, where this strange things happened.
I hope you can help us and our customer.
Best greetings.

November 17, 2015 at 6:49 am #537120Hi,
Thanks for the details, I tried changing the Primary Color value under Enfold–>General Styling and it seems to be working. What settings are not saving as they should?
Thanks,
RikardNovember 17, 2015 at 12:23 pm #537245Hey,
thank you for testing.
I tested again and it seems that more settings can be saved now. But at one point, all settings will be removed.
Try to import the settings I uploaded to this WordPress installation. Nothing will happen.
November 18, 2015 at 6:34 am #537830Hi,
I’ve seen that happen too, but simply toggling one of the values and then saving should make them all active. Not sure if you’ve tried that already though?
Best regards,
RikardNovember 18, 2015 at 2:33 pm #538127We tried it all.
Now we installed a fresh new WordPress and it worked after manually importing the images again …
I think the webserver’s database failed to import our sql file correctly. Thanks for your effort.
