    Hi Guys.

    Checked out other threads – just can’t get this favicon working for our client, any ideas what the issue is? I have also tried in the theme and also in appearance > customise area – neither seem to load for me.

    The favicon is showing on my end on the link you provided, how can we reproduce the problem that you are seeing on your end?

    Hi,

    Did you try using a private or incognito browser window? If you link to the image that you have set, then it would be easier for us to determine if the current one is correct or not.
