I have recently purchased the Enfold Theme and Envato Upload Job 98239 finalized last week, and I’ve commenced developing the pages. Upon receiving notice of a new version update I endeavoured to do this using the WP Dashboard option. After maybe almost 2-hours of waiting Word Press shutdown and when I attempted to log-on I received the following message and cannot gain access. Can you please advise.

I installed new wordpress version & new enfold and i have this error message:

JordanHello, This is my first dealing with Enfold support … I’m receiving two emails one from Jordon and another from Yigit … Jordon requesting log-in details, these were provided however I have included them again in the private content. Yigit suggested re-updating the theme via FTP … I did mention in purchasing the theme I had Theme forest do the upload to my WP website as I was not comfortable doing this myself. If you could provide further guidance on what you wish me to do or are you right with me having provided the log-in details … thank you RogerQ
hi jordan, i tryed to re-update the files via ftp, but same error. i created a ftp access. can u check the files? thx.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:

Help please … I am receiving emails addressed from three Moderators and one Participant ‘because I subscribed to a forum topic’. I is not clear to me if one of these is a response to my issue raised on Sept 14 item 686134 and followed-up on Sept 15 with item 686638 and on Sept 16 item 687156. Each of the suggestions from the moderators appear to be to another participant who is responding … please is this correct. If any of these are for myself I have a fundamental problem that I have not been able to access my WordPress file since the fatal error occurred.

basically you need to delete all theme files completely and then get a fresh copy from your themeforest account. But glad it’s working for you now @Werbezeit
