We are missing the mobile menu on event calendar pages. Not sure why, any suggestions?
September 9, 2015 at 1:55 pm #500411Hey sublime5o!
not sure, but if Event Calendar is causing this issue we can’t do much about it. You need to ask plugin’s author. However, try this code in Quick CSS field:
.responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet .container #advanced_menu_toggle, .responsive.html_mobile_menu_tablet #advanced_menu_hide { opacity: 1; visibility: visible; }

AndySeptember 9, 2015 at 2:21 pm #500442That didn’t work. I thought Enfold was compatible with Event Calendar (it says it is in themeforest). Basically if you went to the URL i put in the Private area, you will see that if you make the width of the browser normal and shrink it to mobile size, then the menu stays like it should. IF you start off with a small mobile width it does not show up at all. Again I will post the URL so you can inspect.
Thanks.
September 9, 2015 at 5:01 pm #500557Hey!
Are you using Enfold version 3.1? The latest version is 3.3.2 so be sure to update. Also try deactivating all plugins except the events calendar and then clear your cache.
Also, is the events calendar updated? Your getting a javascript error regarding it.

I’m having the same problem and I was wondering if you could assist.
October 27, 2015 at 5:12 pm #525640Hey!
@dialedinmarketing, It’s the same thing. You need to update the theme, (your currently using 3.2.3), and deactivate all other plugins while testing.Best regards,
ElliottOctober 27, 2015 at 6:23 pm #525729Hi Elliot,
I’ve upgraded to the latest of Enfold and Event Calendar. All plugins except for the Event Calendar have been deactivated as well. This doesn’t resolve the issue. I would appreciate any help and insight that you may be able to provide.
Many thanks
October 28, 2015 at 4:53 pm #526281Hi!
Your getting a different javascript error. Try activating just Enfold instead of your child theme. If that does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

October 31, 2015 at 4:03 pm #527924Hi!
It appears to be working fine. I don’t see any javascript errors now and when I refresh the browser window when resized the mobile menu is displaying fine.
Take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing.

November 2, 2015 at 8:57 pm #528791Hey!
Ok I see it now. The problem was because you had both the events calendar and the events calendar pro plugins activated at the same time. You need to use one or the other.
Cheers!

November 2, 2015 at 9:03 pm #528795Hi Elliot,
The Events Calendar Pro is an add on to the Events Calendar Plugin.
It doesn’t work without the Events Calendar plugin.
November 3, 2015 at 5:07 pm #529476Hi!
Ok so I logged in again today but you had the child theme activated. I didn’t see the error. I switched back to the parent theme and didn’t see the error there either.
I would try contacting the plugin authors to see if they have any idea.

ElliottNovember 3, 2015 at 5:53 pm #529522Hi Elliot,
Thanks for all your help. It does seem like the problem has been resolved. I suspect the solution might have been deactivating and then reactivating the Events Calendar Pro plugin.
So anyone else with a similar problem please try that out first.
Thanks again for all your help!
