Hi Enfold team,
While building a new page for our site, we’ve run into an issue with a few of the elements not working as expected, even though they’re appearing without issue on existing pages on our site.
Here is the new page we’re building : https://www.premierepc.net/managed-it/cybersecurity/dark-web-monitoring/
The animated numbers are not appearing and the accordion toggle is not opening when clicked. I’ve tried adding them to other pages with the same result.
I’ve checked to see that we’re running the latest version of Enfold and we should be up to date. I’ve disabled our caching plugin, WP Rocket yet the issue remains.
Added credentials below. Let me know if there is any other info you need. Thanks in advance for your help.

It seems to be working fine on my end using Chrome, how can we reproduce this problem?
Best regards,
RikardJuly 6, 2020 at 4:45 pm #1228324Hi Rikard,
Looks like it is working in Edge and Chrome, only seeing the issue in Firefox. Can you check with that browser?
July 8, 2020 at 4:17 am #1228743Hi,
Please see private for what I’m seeing in Firefox, it seems to be working as it should?

RikardJuly 8, 2020 at 8:12 pm #1228986Thanks Rikard,
After viewing the page in a private browser, I think we’ve determined that the issue is only happening when logged in, which makes editing pages annoying
Can you see if you can replicate the issue after logged and viewing the page in the same browser?
July 10, 2020 at 5:17 am #1229303Hi,
Thanks for the update, I get the same problem on my end when logged in. Different results depending on if you are logged in or not would indicate caching problems, are you sure that the problem remains if you disable WP Rocket? Also make sure that all the cache is cleared before you disable it.
Best regards,
RikardJuly 10, 2020 at 8:08 pm #1229475HI Rikard,
I’ve cleared the cache and disabled the WP-Rocket Plugin, yet the issue remains.
After clearing cache and disabling the plugin, these elements were not working even when not logged into the site (or when viewing in a private browser window, with browser cache cleared etc). However, they were working on the home page.
July 12, 2020 at 4:55 am #1229732Hi,
Thanks for the update. You are getting error messages on the page related to jQuery, please try to disable all plugins and customisation (if any), to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardJanuary 11, 2021 at 9:49 pm #1271697I know this case is quite old, but I finally ran the Health Check troubleshooter to see which plugin was causing this issue. I re-enabled all of our plugins one by one until finding the culprit. It’s Tooltips Pro, the premium version of this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-tooltips/
Luckily, that plugin offers a setting to disable it per page when it is not needed, so I was able to disable it and restore the accordian elements and animated numbers on the page above and our referal page https://www.premierepc.net/refer
and even better is that plugin has a setting to load it’s JS in the footer rather than the header, so all conflicts are resolved.Just wanted to let you know we resolved it!
January 12, 2021 at 6:45 am #1271749Hi,
I’m glad this was resolved. If you need additional help, please let us know here in the forums.
Best regards,
