    Hi, I understood by uploading the file, I should unpack the “all files” zip and only upload the enfold zip file. By doing this I still get a message “The link you followed has expired”. I should try again. But even after several times, it is not working on different ways. Can you pl,s let me know if the file might be broken, or what I should do? I am more than puzzled…

    Hi, I send a couple of notes and still not got any resolution/ feedback. What is the reason for it?

    It is difficult for me not having any solution after such a long time and without any feedback on my private messages (as requested). Since I realy urge, I would like to have a solutin by latest tomorrow, othervise I ask you to return the money paid and I will go for a different theme. Looking forward to hearing from you fast/ a solution since I realy like the theme given. Norbert

    I can’t see anything in this thread expect for your initial and second post. If you want to know if your post has been published, then you can verify by going to the actual thread on the forum. Note that the problem that you are having is not theme specific, but if you still want a refund then please reach out to Envato/Themeforest and request one.

    Hi Rikard,
    Thank you very much for your note. I am puzzled why notes did not went out/ I can not see them. Nevertheless thanks a lot for your further information. This made me asking the hoster if the problem might be located there and it turned our, they did not gave us enough storage… I am so sorry for bothering you and also for being upset… Now looks like issues is resolved and I can keep license.
