hey there,
the enfold-update on almost all my sites works like a charm.
but i recognized, that on my enfold sites with woocommerce the enfold update is not availible.
even when i “check manually” or revalidate or remove my token.
login data from two of these sites below.
thanks in advanced :-)
January 17, 2020 at 1:04 pm #1175356Hi,
I do not think this is related to WooCommerce but you can try de-activating WooCommerce and checking for updates.
Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to whitelist api.envato.com. They might be blocking it for security reasons.
Another user who was having the same issue contacted their hosting provider and replied:
our hoster has updated the Linux distribution of the server.
The cause of the problem was probably the incompatibilities of the versions of OpenSSL with cURL.Now the token API works :-)
Cheers!
YigitJanuary 17, 2020 at 1:14 pm #1175364hey yigit,
thx for answer. you are right. i just checked another site with woocommerce. its not woo ^^
but my sites all hosted by the same provider and server.
what else can i do?
ps: did you have a break in this forum?
January 17, 2020 at 1:21 pm #1175373Hi,
I see that you are using the same personal token on both sites. Could you please try generating a new one – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and check if that helps? Is it the same token that works on other installations?
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 17, 2020 at 1:25 pm #1175376yes, i only have one token for all of my 120 sites (of course all with licences :-) ). and it works.
January 17, 2020 at 1:39 pm #1175389Hi,
Very impressive! Thanks a lot for being a loyal Enfold user all these years :)
Just to test, could you please create a new personal token and try it on one of your sites above?
If it does not help, please post FTP logins for one of the sites so we can look further into it. Auto updates might be disabled on these installations.
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 17, 2020 at 1:46 pm #1175396thanks, opting on enfold was one of the best company-decisions in the past years :-)
i will check it out this weekend :-)
January 17, 2020 at 1:49 pm #1175398Hey,
Happy to hear that :)
Great! If you would like us to check the files on your server first, i can quickly check via FTP. If not, enjoy your weekend! :)

YigitJanuary 17, 2020 at 2:11 pm #1175422here we go :-)
January 17, 2020 at 2:37 pm #1175443Hi,
Thanks!
I tried using my own Personal Token, which did not work so i am afraid your new token will not work either. I also checked if some settings were interfering but that does not seem to be the case too.
So i believe it is either related to server settings or a plugin conflict. Could you please try de-activating all active plugins and if that does not help, inform your hosting provider about the issue? :)
Best regards,
YigitJanuary 17, 2020 at 2:42 pm #1175445thx yigit for your assistance,
i will try out your suggests —> this weekend :-))))
