    Hallo,
    beim ersten Mal hat der Import der Demo Startup zwar funktioniert, aber als ich zu Enfold 2017 wechseln wollte bekam ich die Fehlermeldung dass ein Import nicht geklappt hat.

    Ich habe mehrmals das Reset Plugin benutzt und das Theme gelöscht sowie neu installiert ohne Erfolg.

    What is the exact error message that you are getting? You could try to import the demo manually if you like: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/initial-theme-setup/#manual-demo-import–xml-file-import-

    If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

    here is the exact error:

    “Importing didn’t work!
    You might want to try the page and then try again
    (The script returned the following message:

    All done. Have fun!
    Remember to update the pw and roles of imported users.”

    I will try the Manual Import…

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, if you want to access the theme files then you can always download them from your Themeforest account. I can see that you don’t have Enfold active, are we allowed to activate it to be able to check?
