The theme seems registered well the token seems fine as you indicates in the help section.

    Thank you

    Hi,
I see that you included a admin login, but I don’t see the URL to your site, please include.
What is your webhost, some managed WordPress hosts have some settings that either limits the time needed to install the demo.
Please ensure your PHP is at least version 5.6 or 7.0.x
    PHP Time Limit: No limit
    PHP Memory Limit: 256M
    PHP Post Max Size: 50M
    PHP Max Upload Size: 20M

Also check your PHP settings to see if the secure options are activated.
    “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off”
    Try turning these “on”.
If you are unsure of these settings your webhost cancheck for you.

If this fails I could assist with a demo import if you provide a admin login & ftp access, but I will also need to reset your site, which I’m sure is fine if this is a new install.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi,
I was able to login, but I’m not sure what you want to do. Do you want to add a slider and diagonal section below your current contact form?
Perhaps some screenshots of what you would like would help.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hello
    First you are mixing tickets
last reply for http://www.martinolivaprojects.com isnt mine please remove the data from my ticket. I have no such site or ticket related to that site

    Then I checked on this
Please ensure your PHP is at least version 5.6 or 7.0.x
    PHP Time Limit: No limit
    PHP Memory Limit: 256M
    PHP Post Max Size: 50M

They have even more limits than required. The other options are also on. Still cannot import full any demo.

    Hi,

    @webfacile
, it gets a little confusing when people start posting on someone elses thread.
Please check your PHP settings to see if the secure options are activated.
    “allow_url_fopen, “allow_url_include” and “register_globals” are “off”
    Try turning these “on”.

If that doesn’t help then I could assist is installing the demo, if it is a new install and I can reset the site. Whenever demos are imported it overrides the current settings and content. You want to install the “Shop Demo” correct?
I will need admin login & ftp access to install it.

You wrote the “default shop” above, if you mean the “Default Demo” then it probably installed correctly because it doesn’t include all of the images.

Thank you very much for your help.
Could you please tell me what was the problem and was were the changes.
I don’t know why in this particular site I had this issue because I have used enfold in other project and everything was great.

    Thank you.

    Hi,
Sorry I didn’t discover what the problem was, it could have been one of the php settings I posted about earlier or how the mod_sec was set up on the server. But nonetheless I have come up with some workarounds for difficult servers. In your case, I uploaded all of the images via ftp and then I edited the import file to import the images from your server instead of ours.
I’m glad it helped unless there is anything else we can help with on this issue, shall we close this then?

    Best regards,
    Mike
