I’ve installed, reinstalled and installed again and again the latest enfold theme and demo 2017. The entire slider is missing. Please assist.

Jordan ShannonJune 19, 2017 at 8:50 pm #809958Jordan, thank you kindly for responding. Not for the theme but for the Demo. Initially, I receive an unable to import Demo data please refresh and try again. When the demo finally installs I get a layer slider error that states unable to display.

I see that you mentioned you searched the forums already, did you attempt to reset the database before importing?
If not do so using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/

John TorvikJune 20, 2017 at 9:17 am #810238Please take a look for me? My memory limits are plenty. The demo finally installs but not properly. Is there a way to upload the demo manually via FTP. It’s nearly 24 hours now and still no resolution but rather a series of questions easily answered by a login. This is especially frustrating since I provided login credentials at the onset. I am really disappointed in the level of customer service I have received reference this matter.

The credentials are still not working for me unfortunately. Please check to make sure ips are not blocked. Did you receive an error message on the last install attempt?

I appreciate your assistance. After midnight passed there was no indicator that you were still working on a solution overnight so I deactivated the user.
