    Hi,

    When I try to edit certain pages on my site, the content is deleted when pressing “Update” or previewing the page. However, it’s not all of the content, usually the top header is kept. I’ve also noticed that default font settings are showing up as bold or as colors that they shouldn’t be.

    I’ve seen others posting about similar problems, but cannot seem to find any solutions.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    Hey LaurenKaz,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Are you adding custom html tags to the page or to the content? You have to make sure that all tags are closed properly because unclosed or invalid tags could break the content. Please post the site URL in the private field and include the login details so that we could check the issue properly.

    Hi Ismael,

    I figured out the problem. You are correct that there was a closing tag missing. However, simply fixing the tag did not solve the problem. I had to both fix the tag AND rebuild the page from scratch before the page would then update properly without deleting content.
