    Hi Support, I went through the video tutorial of installing the default template, but after five hours waiting, the default sample data install is still just hanging, with a circular wheel spinning. This does not appear right to me. Is there any other way to get the default install data done? Please help…

    Hi mediax2014!

    Try deactivating all plugins and try the import again. If it’s still not working then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Hi Elliott,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I tried both on WordPress 4.0 and 4.01 fresh install. The Demo content installer just hung for hours. The data was installed though when I refreshed the page. Only some minor bits was not there. I am happy to go ahead with what is there.
