    Hi there

    I have just encountered and new problem with our Enfold site:

    Some posts have stopped working (one new post today, but also some other older posts that were previously working).

    Example post page not working; http://goodrotations.co/surly-bikes-dealer-wanaka-new-zealand/

    I’m getting this error:

    The goodrotations.co page isn’t working
    goodrotations.co is currently unable to handle this request.
    HTTP ERROR 500

    No idea why. I’m on the latest version of Enfold and have had no prior post issues.

    Any ideas?

    Hey nokostudio,

    It’s working fine on my end, I’m guessing it was only something temporary. 500 internal error means something went wrong on your server so I would try contacting your hosting provider if you get this error again.

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for your reply.

    After a bit of testing it appears that if I change the blog layout to Advanced (Avia) mode, then re-save, then the post works again.

    So the posts that you see working now are ones that had been written in default mode originally, then I have switched and re-saved in Advanced Mode to get them working. So it does seem to be a them related problem.

    Posts that are still in default mode do not load, and get server errors.

    Any ideas?

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)
